Ill. Regulators Investigate ExxonMobil Gay Bias Claim

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 3:53 PM EDT) -- The Illinois Department of Human Rights has begun investigating whether ExxonMobil discriminated against job applicants based on sexual orientation, accepting a complaint filed by anti-bias group Freedom to Work based on the treatment of two fictitious job applicants, the group said Friday.
