Nail Importer Asks Fed. Circ. To Revive Duty Challenge

Law360, Washington (July 12, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A domestic importer of Chinese nails blasted the U.S. Department of Commerce during Federal Circuit oral arguments Friday for ignoring its long-standing challenge to an anti-dumping margin, telling the panel it shouldn't have been expected to refile its comments against the duty to preserve its argument.
