Huntsman To Settle Paint Component Price-Fixing Action

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 4:58 PM EDT) -- Huntsman International LLC has agreed to settle an antitrust class action accusing the chemical company of conspiring to fix the price of a paint pigment, a group of paint companies suing for damages revealed Monday.

The plaintiffs said they had already executed the settlement agreement with Huntsman to resolve their claims against the company, but would continue to pursue their case against E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co., Kronos Worldwide Inc. and Millennium Inorganic Chemicals Inc.
