11th Circ. Backs HealthSouth Founder's Bribery Conviction

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 6:00 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit ruled Monday that HealthSouth founder Richard Scrushy isn't entitled to a new trial over his conviction for his role in a campaign bribery scheme involving former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman, affirming a lower court order that the case's evidence didn't support Scrushy's request.
