Apple Pushes For Samsung Injunction At Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 5:41 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. told the Federal Circuit on Friday that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. copied key features of the iPhone and should be enjoined from selling certain infringing devices in the United States, warning that a ruling against it would fundamentally alter U.S. patent law.
