Calif. High Court Refuses To Block Same-Sex Weddings

Law360, Los Angeles (July 15, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court refused to stop state officials from issuing same-sex marriage licenses Monday, denying a request by Proposition 8 supporters who argued that the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision against the measure was based on a technicality.
