Lord & Taylor Sues DC-Area Mall Over Redevelopment

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Lord & Taylor LLC has sued a Washington, D.C.-area shopping mall over its plans to redevelop the site, saying its designs for revising the area violate a nearly 38-year-old agreement which requires the retailer’s consent for any modification of the complex.
