Enviros Blast API Intervention Bid In Fracking Lease Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 2:51 PM EDT) -- Two environmental groups argued Monday that the American Petroleum Institute should not be allowed to intervene in their lawsuit accusing the U.S. Department of the Interior of failing to assess the risks of hydraulic fracturing before leasing California land.
