BBB Ducks Repair Company's Defamation Suit On Appeal

Law360, Houston (July 16, 2013, 10:40 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court said Tuesday that a home repair company’s suit against the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Houston Inc. over an “F” rating it received and the revocation of its right to advertise earlier awards was barred by the Texas Citizens' Participation Act.
