Split Pa. Utility Agency OKs Equitable Gas' System Upgrades

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A split Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on Tuesday approved Equitable Gas Co. LLC’s long-term plan to replace aging mainlines in its distribution system as well as its request to assess utility customers a new monthly charge to fund those infrastructure improvements.
