Panasonic Atty Slams 'Good Old Boys Network' In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 8:19 PM EDT) -- Three black female employees of Panasonic Corp. of North America, including an in-house attorney, filed a discrimination suit against Panasonic in New Jersey state court last month, alleging they lost raises and promotions due to a “good old boys network” in the company’s executive ranks.
