Dock Worker's Widow Rips Carnival's Suit Over Accident

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 8:06 PM EDT) -- The widow of a dock worker killed in the infamous Carnival Triumph debacle, along with another worker who was injured in the accident, asked an Alabama federal judge Tuesday to reject the cruise line’s attempt to shift liability to the owner of the dock.
