Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 3:47 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday refused to revive a proposed class action filed by Italian business owners seeking $75 million in economic damages against Carnival Corp. for the deadly Costa Concordia cruise wreck, affirming a lower court order ruling the suit belongs in Italy.
