Federal Education Contractor Beats Bullying Suit In 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Tuesday refused to revive a lawsuit accusing a U.S. Department of Education private contractor of bullying its subcontractors' employees, agreeing with a lower court that no alleged misconduct had occurred while an agreement between the two was in effect.
