Pa. Voter ID Trial Pivots To Accessibility Of Free Cards

Law360, Harrisburg (July 17, 2013, 6:37 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs challenging Pennsylvania's new voter identification law turned their focus on the third day of the trial in Commonwealth Court to the state's efforts to offer free photo IDs, introducing evidence that the state had issued less than 17,000 such IDs.
