Law360, New York (November 26, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- Clifford Chance is seeking to assure clients that its intellectual property practice remains on a strong footing despite the loss of the head of its Americas team and two partners who followed her to a competing firm. This week, another two IP partners left Clifford Chance for a rival.
Leora Ben-Ami's departure, to New York firm Kaye Scholer, follows that of Clifford Chance antitrust group head Steven Newborn, the firm’s highest-paid partner in the U.S., who left for Weil, Gotshal & Manges in October.
