Fla. Appeals Court Axes Attys' Fee Award In Roofing Row

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court ruled Wednesday that Simon Roofing and Sheet Metal Corp. doesn't have to pay $770,000 in attorneys' fees in a construction negligence suit because the award is partly based on claims that the company didn't know about.
