NJ Pol's Bankruptcy Trustee Calls For His Arrest

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 11:07 PM EDT) -- The trustee assigned to New Jersey Assemblyman Robert Schroeder’s bankruptcy on Tuesday asked a judge to order Schroeder’s arrest after the assemblyman, who was previously indicted for writing bad checks totaling $3.4 million, missed a deadline for producing documents and conferring with creditors.
