Alaska Drilling Will Harm Polar Bears: Suit

Law360, New York (January 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Environmental groups, including the National Audubon Society, the Sierra Club, Earthjustice and an American Indian tribe, filed suit Thursday against members of the Bush administration, seeking to stop a plan for oil drilling in Alaska's Chukchi Sea.
