Law360, Harrisburg (July 18, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for a group of petitioners looking to overturn Pennsylvania's controversial new voter ID law argued Thursday that records maintained by the agency responsible for implementing the rules showed that some residents who requested identification before last year's presidential election just received cards in recent months.
