Mitsubishi Parts Caused Nuke Plant Closure, Utility Says

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Southern California Edison Co. on Thursday informed Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. that it will seek damages for providing defective steam generators for the utility's San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, which SCE claims forced it to close the troubled plant last month.
