Benefits Trade Group Seeks Quick Guidance On DOMA Ruling

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 2:06 PM EDT) -- The American Benefits Council urged several government agencies on Wednesday to provide guidance on legal compliance for employers that sponsor health and retirement plans before the U.S. Supreme Court's decision striking down part of the Defense of Marriage Act takes effect.
