Senate Easily Confirms McCarthy As EPA Administrator

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 5:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate on Thursday gave its stamp of approval to President Barack Obama's choice to run the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, voting 59-40 to elevate Gina McCarthy to administrator after a drawn-out confirmation process lasting more than four months.
