Travelers Slips Coverage Of NY Utility's Gas Plant Pollution

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- A New York judge has found that Travelers Indemnity Co. does not have to cover state-ordered environmental remediation of five Orange & Rockland Utilities Inc. manufactured gas plant sites, saying the utility failed to seek coverage promptly, according to an order released Thursday.
