Calif. Ordered To Create Hex Chrome Water Safety Rule

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 1:27 PM EDT) -- A California court ordered the state Thursday to end its nine-year delay in establishing safe drinking water standards for the carcinogenic chemical hexavalent chromium and submit a proposed rule by the end of August, according to the Natural Resources Defense Council.
