EPA Strikes Deal To Review Updated Calif. Ozone Plan

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 3:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday agreed to take final action on recently submitted California state implementation plan revisions for national ambient air quality standards pertaining to ozone, resolving a suit challenging the government's March 2012 approval of older changes.
