US Defends Surrogate Data Use In Vietnam Dumping Review

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 4:02 PM EDT) -- Government regulators urged the U.S. Court of International Trade on Thursday to approve the government's use of Bangladeshi wage rates in reviewing an anti-dumping order on Vietnamese shrimp imports, saying the labor data it used in its review represented the “best available information."
