Appeals Court Holds Yamaha To $3M Snowmobile Judgment

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 9:16 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday rejected Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd.'s challenge to a $2.5 million judgment for a man who partially lost his leg because of a snowmobile accident and accused the company of failing to adequately warn consumers about the machine's risks.
