Microsoft, Motorola Seek Summary Judgment In FRAND Fight

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 8:27 PM EDT) -- With a trial slated to get underway next month in their breach of contract dispute over standard-essential patents, Microsoft Corp. and Motorola Inc. asked a judge Wednesday to grant them summary judgment that would narrow the issues presented to the jury.
