NECC Victims Seek To Sue Others For Meningitis Outbreak

Law360, Washington (July 19, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- A committee representing the victims of a nationwide meningitis outbreak trailed back to the New England Compounding Center asked a Massachusetts bankruptcy court on Wednesday to declare the company insolvent and pave the way for new liability and wrongful death suits against third parties connected to the outbreak.
