Law360, Philadelphia (July 19, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on Friday ruled that certain Pennsylvania State University records are subject to the state's right to know law, delivering a victory to a former student seeking to obtain documents that show how officials responded to the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse scandal.
