Dallas DA Can't Recuse Judge Who Held Him In Contempt

Law360, Dallas (July 22, 2013, 5:30 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge on Monday ruled Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins hasn’t shown that the judge who originally held him in contempt after he refused to testify about a mortgage fraud charge was biased, setting the stage for Watkins to challenge the finding of contempt.
