Auto Insurer Can't Block Ex-Counsel From PIP Disputes

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 3:14 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Appellate Division on Monday found that Citizens United Reciprocal Exchange failed to show the conflict necessary to block a former in-house attorney and the law firm that she joined from squaring off against the auto insurer in personal injury protection disputes.
