Law360 (February 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a move that could prompt international companies with outsourcing operations in India to boost safety for local workers, the country's highest court has reportedly given the green light to the prosecution of a Hewlett-Packard managing director for allegedly failing to provide adequate security to an employee who was raped and killed by a company-hired cab driver.
