DOJ Charges Airline Fuel Supplier In Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- The owner of two Florida airline fuel supply services appeared in federal court in the state for the first time Monday for his alleged part in a kickback scheme to defraud now-defunct charter carrier Ryan International Airlines.

Sean E. Wagner is charged with committing wire fraud and honest services fraud for allegedly participating in a kickback scheme with former Ryan vice president for ground operations Wayne Kepple.
