Electric Car Co. Better Place Seeks Ch. 15 Protection

Law360, Wilmington (July 22, 2013, 9:17 PM EDT) -- Better Place Inc., the U.S. parent of an Israel-based electric car company already in bankruptcy in its home country, filed for Chapter 15 protection in Delaware late Friday, saying it was trying to protect its assets in the U.S. while it liquidates overseas.
