Occidental, Others Hit With $50M Radioactive Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- Occidental Chemical Corp., Kimberly-Clark Corp. and National Grid USA Service Co. Inc. on Monday were hit with a $50 million lawsuit alleging they are responsible for the costs of removing soil contaminated with radiation from the site of a paper mill.
