9th Circ. Admits Error In River Diversion Row

Law360, Los Angeles (July 22, 2013, 8:12 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit admitted an error in its determination of a 2010 case, amended its opinion and vacated a district court’s judgment Monday, finding it had improperly limited recalculation of diverted water after a district court made a “gauge error.”
