Judge Tosses Ex-BDO Seidman CEO's Defense Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Friday rejected a bid by BDO Seidman LLP's former CEO to overturn an arbitration award ruling the accounting firm didn't have to pay his defense costs in his criminal tax evasion case, saying the decision was fair.
