With Lender Plan Filed, LightSquared Told To Continue Talks

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 3:09 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge on Tuesday scolded attorneys for LightSquared Inc., a group of lenders and entities owned by Dish Network Corp. chairman Charlie Ergen over their disconnected efforts to craft a deal to pull LightSquared out of bankruptcy, telling them they need to continue negotiations.
