NJ High Court To Clarify Nurse Whistleblower Standard

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 8:24 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear an appeal from a nurse who says blowing the whistle on poor patient care at his facility got him wrongfully terminated, a claim based on a professional code that an appellate panel ruled did not apply to his employer.
