DC Circ. Nixes Industry Challenge To EPA Ozone Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (July 23, 2013, 5:02 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday denied a challenge claiming the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's latest ozone standards were too strict, ruling that the state of Mississippi and several industry groups couldn't argue that scientific evidence hadn't changed over the course of a decade.
