NY Nuke Plant Supervisor Charged With Faking Safety Tests

Law360, Chicago (July 23, 2013, 6:26 PM EDT) -- A former supervisor at an Entergy Corp. nuclear power plant outside New York City was charged Tuesday with lying to federal regulators and falsifying records concerning the emergency generators needed to prevent a meltdown in the event of a power failure.
