State Ready To Ask For Dismissal of Pa. Voter ID Challenge

Law360, Harrisburg (July 24, 2013, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A spokesman for Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett said Tuesday that attorneys for the administration are planning to ask that a lawsuit challenging the state’s new voter ID law be dismissed even as the petitioners have refused to rest their case in the ongoing Commonwealth Court trial.
