NJ High Court Won't Hear Law Firm Ethics Row

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court last week refused to hear Roper & Twardowsky LLC’s claim that Rivkin Radler LLP harassed Roper with ethics grievances as the firms litigated claims that Leeds Morelli & Brown PC, a Rivkin client, accepted million-dollar bribes to derail its clients’ employment suits.

New Jersey’s high court declined to certify Roper’s case against Rivkin, which Roper said used Pashman Stein PC to level ethics grievances with the state’s Office of Attorney Ethics to harass Roper, according to an order filed July 19....
