Law360, Miami (July 24, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- The owner of an office building in Miami's downtown Brickell District on Tuesday accused an adjacent property owner of fraudulently inducing it into a $6 million loan agreement in a ploy to buy the building at below-market value.
