Enviros Hit EPA With PG&E Power Station Permit Challenge

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- A coalition of green groups submitted a notice of intent Wednesday to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over permits for a Pacific Gas & Electric Co. power station in Antioch, Calif., claiming the agency failed to consider the impact of nitrogen emissions on an endangered butterfly species.
