Appeals Court Trims ALJs' Wrongful Firing Suit

Law360, Dallas (July 24, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday largely blocked a wrongful termination suit launched by four former administrative law judges against the State Office of Administrative Hearings, finding the agency has governmental immunity from the majority of the discrimination claims at issue.
