NJ Enviro Groups Say $3.9B Grid Project Affects Ratepayers

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 8:04 PM EDT) -- Two New Jersey environmental groups on Thursday lobbied to intervene in the state Board of Public Utilities’ consideration of a $3.9 billion project to fortify Public Service Electric and Gas Co.’s electric grid, arguing their members have a direct economic interest in the case.
