Repsol Asks World Bank Panel To Block $1.5B YPF Shale Deal

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 5:04 PM EDT) -- Repsol SA asked a World Bank arbitration panel on Wednesday to block YPF SA and Chevron Corp. from moving forward on a $1.5 billion shale oil and gas project in Argentina, which Repsol was forced out of last year in a government takeover.
